Venture off the beaten path…
Join us for a fantastic tour to the remote reaches of the earth — the Solomon Islands, including Guadalcanal. Like the M/V Odyssey in Chuuk F.S.M., …the M/V Bilikiki in the Solomon Islands stays sold out two years in advance. It does this for a good reason; it is awesome diving and in a very unique, remote location. The boat is comfortable and the crew is wonderfully friendly and helpful.
Known for calendar quality beautiful dive sites, incredible sizable coral growth, large schools of fish, and uninhabited islands, the Solomon Islands is a fabulous dive and photographic destination. We have booked a 10-day charter on the M/V Bilikiki, which will allow for us to dive Mary Island twice (if weather permits) and stay within a two-week travel window. The local people are shy, curious, friendly and very talented craftsman producing wonderful wood carvings and a relaxed lifestyle that is contagious.
The islands are a step back in time where handwritten letters are used for communication and telephones and radios are non-existent. Many of the islands are sparsely inhabited and the natural beauty of the area is like a place out of another era.
